Tranquility Essential Oil Blend

Orange Sweet Valencia (Citrus sinensis), Lavender French (Lavandula angustifolia), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Lime Cold Pressed (Citrus aurantifolia), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Aniseed (Illicium verum).

Diffuser: Simply add 3-5 drops of essential oil to the water in your ultrasonic diffuser.

Topically: Mix 1 drop per 5ml of carrier oil and rub into pulse points inner wrists, temples, back of neck and behind the ears.

Quick Pick me up: Gently inhale the blend straight from the bottle when you are out and about on the go, at work or whenever you need a moment of calm.
