Epsom Salts (Magnesium Sulfate), Calendula powder (Calendula Officinalis flower extract), Chamomile powder (Chamomilla recutita flower extract), Lemon Myrtle certified organic oil (Backhousla citriodora leaf oil), Michelia Champaca flower oil, combination of dried calendula, chamomile, chrysanthemum flowers and jasmine buds.
Shower as per normal first. Fill tub with 3 inches of hot water.
Add Bohème Crystals and dissolve majority of crystals - not all crystals may dissolve.
Continue to fill bath with warm/lukewarm water. Immerse & soak for minimum 20 minutes.
